Terms

These terms apply to purchases from Wholecell Battery LLC, a Tennessee company. If you buy from us, online or by phone, you agree to them.

Pricing and availability

We keep prices and stock levels current in good faith. Wholesale costs move, so prices can change without notice. If a price changes after you order, we contact you before we charge a different amount.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it. We can decline or refund an order. For example, an item can be out of stock, or a listing can contain an error. We confirm shipping costs with you after checkout, before anything ships.

Products and fitment

We help you select the correct battery, and manufacturer warranties apply where they are offered. You are responsible to confirm fitment. You are also responsible to install, charge, and recycle the batteries safely and in agreement with local regulations. Batteries contain regulated materials. Dispose of them through the correct channels, or ask us how.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law does not let us limit.
